I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel near a mosque. The location was perfect for me, as it was in the busy business district, making it easy to catch my flight. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was well-designed and cozy, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The desgin is very appealing and original, with a tasteful mix of light and colours in the rooms and common areas. Very good breakfast. The location was perfect for our purpose.
Noise between rooms is a real problem, and guests can overhear most activities in the neihbouring room. Wireless internet access is promised in the rooms, but the signal is too weak for both laptop and smart phone to log on to. Only place where wi-fi really works is in the lobby area. It is also irritating to find just one set of towels in a double room, and there were no extras in the bathroom such as shampoo. The minimalist design in the batroom does not allow for any glasses for toothbrushes, or somewhere to place your soap and shampoo while taking a shower (excpet on the floor). It is also strange to find a decent selection of coffees and teas, but no cups to make them in.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We appreciated the clean and bright rooms, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful with good options to choose from.
The Wi-Fi connection was often weak and unreliable, causing inconvenience for our work and communication needs.

During my Christmas stay at this boutique hotel, I was impressed with the well-designed and decorated rooms. The hotel's location in the business district made it convenient for transfers to the airport, and there were several shopping centers nearby. The rooftop windows in the rooms were a nice touch that allowed natural light to come in. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio that overlooked the city.
That the hotel's location felt a bit strange. It was situated in an area that didn't offer great views and was far from the main tourist attractions of the city.

The staff member at the door is extremely kind, welcoming and takes great care of his clients.
Clearly overpriced for such a hotel in Ankara: there are far better choices in the same or even slightly lower price range. In terms of design, even if all boils down to personal taste, the mix between classic and modern did not work at all. Finally, service was very uneven.

The decoration of the room was outstanding.
This review is not related to the room we booked because we cannot stay at the room which we booked. The fact that they put a room which is not available is not a good policy for No.19 Hotel.

Quiet location
No walking distance facility such as an alternative eatery. Also the hotel lacked atmosphere in the evening

I recently stayed at a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the city, and it was an amazing experience. Firstly, the rooms were absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated, offering all the necessary amenities for my stay. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel so welcome and at home. Furthermore, the location was perfect, situated in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.
There were some negative aspects of my stay. The noise level outside the hotel was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. Additionally, the breakfast offered was rather basic and could have had more variety. Despite these minor issues, I still had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable city trip experience.

I liked the fact that the hotel is new, it was spotless clean and very comfortable ... it was tastefuly designed as well ... bathroom was spotless ... bed big and comfy ...breakfast was excellent ... i liked that there was a kettle and enough tea and coffee sachets in the room
The reception staff weren't as helpful and nice as they should ... i booked a suite and they gave me a room and refused to listen and kind of accused me of lying ... they discovered thier mistake and apologized later but they spolied my stay ... the room lacked basic things like slippers, tissues, soap ..etc even though i stayed at a suite ... the room was lacking most of the ammenities ... one big con is the location: it's in the middle of nowhere
